Grub
UEFI boot does not work as reliably using Gfxboot and so we decided to utilise Grub bootloader instead. Thanks to fehlix from the MX Linux project, we have made booting via Grub to inclue all the features in legacy booting. The image below shows the opening screen.
As you can see, user should first choose the kernel. Note: Default is set to Legacy (5.10).
Simply click on the highlighted kernel option and you will be presented with this screen. Now, choose the kernel you want to use and then Back to main nenu
Yes you can via the init options shown in the first screenshot image. Press Enter and you will be presented with this screen. Now, choose the init you want to use and then Back to main nenu
They appear under Advanced Options (screenshot 1) Press Enter once Advanced Options has been selected and you will be presented with this screen. Now, choose the various advanced options you want to use and it is a good idea to Save options before returning to Back to main nenu
